Finally back from the field. Looks like i'll be back for a while, too. I haven't put in many miles the past few weeks because, well, it gets tiring being on your feet for 11 hours/day. But I managed to do a couple runs here and there, about 5 miles a pop. Also spent some time at the YMCA in Easton swimming laps and lifting weights. I'm pleased overall with the fitness i was able to maintain while being away from home.
Pm: 14 mile bike ride home from work followed by ~4 beautiful miles on the WOD into a setting sun. Gotta love fall, man. |
