 I don't really keep good track, but here's what I found online:

Canyonlands Half '08: 1:34:35

Cherry Blossom 10 miler '08: 1:10:09 (alias jonathon strong)

Short-Term Running Goals:

I really need to develop new goals.  It's been a busy year both professionally (field work) and personally (wedding, move,...)

It's time to get back on track and commit to some racing goals for next year.

Long-Term Running Goals:

The long-term goals are much easier--to stay healthy and happy! 

Personal:

Live in Broad Run, VA with my wife; work at US Geological Survey.  Baby cat running around to catch mice in our old house.

3 easy cheesy miles during my lunch break, and the exact same three after work.  I was stuck near the office for about a half hour so I figured why not.

Hope the arizona runners are having a good time.

4 miles out and back.  The first 3 or 4 miles were pretty groggy, and i was feeling my legs from the previous day.  These were followed by a couple of auto-pilot miles, and the last couple miles felt great.  I felt my form slipping a couple of times, and sped things up a bit to get everything back in place.  Beautiful weather!

After taking two days off of running due to work related things, I went out pretty hard on this run.  I felt pretty crappy for the first couple miles, but finall fell into my groove around mile 4.  I did strides the last few miles and felt quite strong.  Another beautiful day--i could have run forever!
