I really need to develop new goals. It's been a busy year both professionally (field work) and personally (wedding, move,...)
It's time to get back on track and commit to some racing goals for next year.

Live in Broad Run, VA with my wife; work at US Geological Survey. Baby cat running around to catch mice in our old house.

6 mile WOD run. Booyah.
noon: 35 min lapswim
pm: 1 hour weights, 3 mile run muscle-stretcher
6 slow-'n-easy Holiday miles with my friend Eek in Shadyside, MD. Making room for turkey. Gobble gobble.
7 miles on the WOD. Pushed it a bit harder than usual; ended up with fairly tight hamstrings. Felt great to burn off some food and lazyness.
