1.5 miles to the pool and back, with a 2000 m lap workout. I'm having troubles getting air these days, and I'm wondering if it's because I've cut out so many running miles. Despite being a very thorough cardio workout, my swimming days seem to be bringing me down in this regard. Although I could also attribute it to inactivity during the past couple of rainy days...I'll have to monitor the situation this week to see if it improves.
pm: 45 minutes in the gym--trying to strengthen core and upper body, since I fell off that wagon a short while back. |
