Noon: 6 rather chill miles. Probably ran ~8:00's. The core feels way stronger now that I'm focusing more on that at the gym...it makes everything "flow" so much more nicely.
Hey Ben! Good to see you're still doing well and running strong! Any races coming up? A group of running friends are doing the Jingle all the way 10k on Sunday the 14th - any chance we can recruit you for our team, "Santa's Little Jinglers"?
