6 misty miles on the WOD with Paul. According to his cool GPS watch, we averaged 7:03's, which was just at the upper limit of my being able to hold a conversation and still have oxygen. Man--felt like old times. Thanks for the run, Paul.
6 miles on Reston trails with O'Connor--I was a bit tight from yesterday, and he is getting over a cold. We started at ~8:00's and worked down to ~7:00's after we were warmed up. It was nice to loosen up.
noon: A mile and a half to the pool and back, with a 2000m swim workout. I felt like I was dragging someone with me in the pool--couldn't get my rhythm. Now i'm TIRED.
pm: ~10 mtb miles with Ed and Myles at Difficult Run. Second wind!!
