Standard 6 mile out-and-back on the WOD. My whole body was pissed off that i tore it from my bed and made it run, and I'm not quite sure why. Energy levels should be higher in general, and I might have to start paying more attention to nutrition.
I've noticed that the quads are taking longer than the rest of my body to heal after runs, so I massaged them vigorously and it seemed to help quite a bit. Should have thought of that earlier... |
