 I don't really keep good track, but here's what I found online:

Canyonlands Half '08: 1:34:35

Cherry Blossom 10 miler '08: 1:10:09 (alias jonathon strong)

Short-Term Running Goals:

I really need to develop new goals.  It's been a busy year both professionally (field work) and personally (wedding, move,...)

It's time to get back on track and commit to some racing goals for next year.

Long-Term Running Goals:

The long-term goals are much easier--to stay healthy and happy! 

Personal:

Live in Broad Run, VA with my wife; work at US Geological Survey.  Baby cat running around to catch mice in our old house.

noon: jogged over to the pool and swam a very nice 2000-m workout with the guys.

pm: Biked home (15 mi)

Noon: 6 miles on the reston trails at a rather conservative pace.  Gorgeous weather--sweat actually evaporates and cools me off now!

pm: Biked home (~15 mi) and did ~45 minutes in the gym for back 'n bi's.

noon: rode with Greg to the pool, did a solid 2000-m workout.  It was a taxing workout, even though it was right up my alley.  100-200-300-400 repeated with some kicks and strokes in there.  I'm pretty tired.  Jogged back to the survey to cool down.

pm: ~1/2 hour chest 'n tri's and some core.

noon: 6 miles on the WOD heading east from work.  Gorgeous running weather this week!...but the legs were a bit tired today.  Actually, my whole body feels pretty much wrecked today.  late-week fatigue, i suppose.

noon: Jogged to the pool and back and did a very nice 2000 m workout.  3 200's, 6 100's, 8 50's with kick and strokes mixed in.
