I really did a number on myself yesterday. The plan was to do a very relaxed 6 mile job and then head over to the gym to meet up with Kristin. 3 miles in something torqued in my lower back and I was sprawled out on the lawn trying to work it out. I had to walk back home--actually more like shuffle, like an old man. Spent the evening suckin down advil's and sittin on a heating pad. It's lower back/tail bone region. Today it feels just slightly better, but not good enough to do the drilling I'm supposed to do for work. This is very upsetting simply because it's totally unprovoked; I wasn't pushing anything. I have no idea what I did wrong/different. |
