6 miles at noon today. I experimented with a very chilled-out pace with a friend to see how much more energy I would have afterward. It worked. It hardly felt like I ran. Imagine that.
pm: 40 minute lapswim at the local high school. I could have swum all night--i'm finally getting my groove in the pool again, and it's amazing. Everything else feels so much better when I'm solid in water.
