a BEAUTIFUL day to be outside...and i spent it playing football. I was completely wasted after ~2 hours, and the only reason I ran 3 miles was to stretch so I wouldn't be quite as sore today. didn't work. feel like old man. ugh.
A quick 2 mile out-and-back on the WOD. I'm trying my best to get rid of the cramping in my legs, and it's taking a long time. A few more intense stretch sessions and some smaller runs and it should HOPEFULLY be back in business.
