am: Six miles today on the WOD right at home. Felt great to be back on the home field once again. I went out expecting a wildly enthusiastic run, and was surprised to see how difficult it was to do much of anything better than 7:45's. I finished strong, though, with a 7:09. Kind of short of breath...
pm: Approximately a 20 mile spin on the mountain bike on gravel trails. Nice way to stretch the legs a bit. |
