am: 3 mile out-and-back this morning on the beautiful WOD. We're stuck in a gorgeous high-pressure system right now and it's just rockin' my socks off. I was actually chilly this morning! Not sure if it's the weather or what, but I had a surprisingly strong run this morning with a best mile at 6:28 and an average at 7:28. A great way to start the week.
pm: about an hour at the Y doing a generalized upper body workout. lots of reps, less weight, making sure everything's up to snuff. |
