6 miles back on the WOD heading west from home. These were surprisingly tough, and I think I lost more than I'd like to think about last week. Hopefully I'll get back into a routine now that I'm done with field work for a bit...
noon: 2000 meters in the pool. These were surprisingly easy considering my absence for over 2 weeks.
pm: gym workout; back, bi's and some legs.
noon: The first run with Ryan Mcaleer! We did the reston trails and were both rather pooped by the end. This humidity is such a killer.
