noon: 2000 m in the pool. An excellent workout with a balanced mix of easy/mod/sprints. I'm feeling stronger in the water than on the pavement these days, but I think that will flip flop pretty soon.
I hiked Old Rag in the am, which is a nice 7 mile walk. It was such an ugly day that I couldn't get myself to head back out for a jog, but the hiking weather wasn't so bad. Good little walk.
